Laser Engraving

Find out more about our precision laser engraving capabilities, offering exceptional quality and versatility across a wide range of materials.

Why Choose Laser Engraving?

Laser engraving is becoming the preferred choice over rotary engraving due to its superior speed , remarkable precision, and versatility across materials. From intricate detailing on metals to personalisation of wood, glass, and acrylic, our laser technology delivers exceptional results with no physical contact to your materials. This makes it ideal for both industrial applications and delicate items.

Our advanced equipment ensures consistent, high-quality engraving with pinpoint accuracy and exceptional detail that traditional methods simply cannot match.

CO2 is used for .

CO2 Lasers are essential for what we do. They are a fantastic, universal machine with the ability to engrave and cut an extremely wide range of substrates. We use Gravotech machinery as these are regarded as industry leading machines among the best lasers available on the market. Using these machines allows us to not only engrave super fine details, but also allows for pin point accuracy, something which many other companies struggle to achieve with cheaper machinery.

Marking Area

Our biggest marking area on the CO2 lasers is 1220mm x 610mm, ideal for any job size, big or small.

Cut & Engrave

CO₂ lasers can both engrave and cleanly cut through acrylic, MDF, plywood, card, and more — all in a single job. With unmatched speed and precision, it is the go-to method for most jobs under a meter in size.

Flame Edge Polishing

When cutting glossy materials such as acrylic, the laser beam slightly melts the substrate’s edge as it cuts, creating smooth, flame-polished finish with no need for post-processing.

Batch Production Ready

With our X and Y passthrough feature and jig setups, we can laser large runs of items like coasters, labels, or plaques quickly and consistently.

Glass Surface Etching

CO₂ lasers can frost and mark glass for decorative branding or awards — no need for sandblasting.

Ideal for Custom Packaging Inserts

We can laser-cut foam, card, and EVA inserts to precise product shapes — perfect for branded packaging or protective cases.

Fiber Machines

Typically used for metal marking & part marking

Brass

Aluminium

Steel

Finished Metals

Fiber is used for .

Fiber lasers are superior for marking and engraving metals that CO2 lasers struggle to handle. Additionally, fiber lasers can’t be utilized for cutting or marking non-metal materials such as wood or acrylic. They operate by using a specific wavelength effectively absorbed by metals, enabling permanent, high contrast markings via methods such as annealing, etching, and colour marking. The quick and precise technique of fibre engraving makes it perfect for ready-made or polished products without additional machining needed for completion.

Marking Area

Our biggest marking area on the fiber lasers is 110mm x 110mm. This is an ideal size for part marking and with a wide pass-through, we are able to machine much bigger items!

High Contrast

Fiber lasers produce sharp, high-contrast marks on aluminium, stainless steel, and among other metals — perfect for data plates, compliance tags and anything that requires precise readability.

No Surface Prep Needed

Unlike ink or chemical methods, fibre engraving is dry, clean, requiring no coatings, sprays, or any preparation at all – even on finished metals.

Micro Marking Capabilities

We can engrave serial numbers, QR codes, and microtext as small as 0.3 mm legibly — ideal for traceability.

Clean and Anti-Oxidising

The laser removes the coloured oxide layer cleanly, revealing bright, crisp marks with minimal depth — perfect for labels and tags.

Superior Marking on Brass & Copper

Even highly reflective metals like brass and copper can be marked effectively using a process known as pulse width control, this widley expands our range of metal marking ability.

Did you know?
Our fiber and YAG lasers can engrave directly onto metal without any surface treatment — even stainless steel and anodized aluminum. This makes them perfect for industrial tags, compliance plates, and serial numbers that need to endure harsh environments.
Did you know?
Unlike printing, laser engraving is permanent — it doesn’t fade, peel, or wear away, making it ideal for items exposed to UV, chemicals, or constant handling.
Did you know?
Our fibre laser can mark metals at incredible speeds without contact, meaning no clamping or surface prep is needed — ideal for high-volume production of precision parts and tools.
